The Aleph Project
The last truth (Between Head and Heart, books for a conscious, free life).
Fans of philosophical thrillers and speculative fiction.; Readers interested in AI ethics and consciousness.; People who read religious and spiritual questions neither naively nor cynically.; Anyone who loves books that keep thinking after the last page.;
The longing for the last truth
The Aleph Project is not a self-help book. It sits closer to philosophy and meditation, asking what we are actually after when we speak of a final truth, and whether the chase itself reveals more than any destination ever could.
The Aleph, as both symbol and idea, is the entry point. From there the book moves through questions of meaning, identity and the limits of knowing, in a tone that is reflective rather than argumentative.
Artificial intelligence meets spirituality: What happens if an AI does not learn efficiency, but belief? The book takes this step to its conclusion without falling into cliché.
Manipulation of conviction: Belief systems are older than any technology, but more malleable today than ever. The novel shows how subtly such shaping can happen.
Free will under observation: If every decision is accompanied by data, is there still room for decision? The story stages this question through a single character, concretely.
Identity in the digital age: Who am I if my convictions are editable? The book turns this question into a plot, not just a punchline.

I came into the coaching with a very specific professional problem, but I quickly realised that the real issue was the way I was approaching it. Salah did not give me ready made answers. Instead, he asked questions that made me look at the situation from a completely different angle. I left the sessions with much more clarity and a better understanding of what was actually holding me back. The biggest difference for me was feeling that I could make my own decisions with much more confidence.

Mr. Salah is a visionary with an empathetic heart. Describing his magnanimous personality in words is challenging, but I will try my best with the best possible words. Mr. Salah is not just a psychologist or coach, he is a mentor. He does not do his job, but excels in it; he does not just complete his job as a formality, but goes beyond in empowering the person.
He gives you his complete time and space, understanding the root cause, your emotions, feelings, capability, complex thoughts, and helps you calm down and realign your purpose. He listens with empathy, understands, and helps you calmly understand with examples, and he brings out the power, purpose, and positivity hidden in you. His psychoanalysis is unparalleled because it's not routine, but is based on both logic and emotions.
You can discuss with him openly your fears, troubles, or struggles, and he will explain to you the best options for your case or even help you to find them. His job coaching is also based on the principles of emotional management and bringing the best qualities out of you so you can excel in your career. He understands your positives and helps you realise your pain points, which are essential to grow as an employee and overall person, and his technique is thorough and adapted to your situation, personality, and interests.
I never feel judged in his presence, but I feel more empowered after talking to him. I have had this privilege to become his mentee, and I can any day recommend him as a psychologist or coach. Thank you is a very small word, Mr. Salah, for youbut all I can say is: it’s been a pleasure.

I would like to express my deep appreciation for Mr. Salah Abdeldayem, whose guidance and work have had a truly transformative impact on my life. Through his inspiring coaching methods and profound understanding of human nature, he helped me reconnect with my true goals and navigate a challenging period with renewed clarity and confidence.
His book, The Endless Journey – From Fear to Wealth and Deep Satisfaction in a World of Uncertainty, further deepened this process. It offered not just insights, but powerful reflections that helped me see myself and my journey in a new light. It is written with depth, honesty, and a rare emotional intelligence that speaks directly to the heart.
Mr. Abdeldayem’s presence both in his writing and in his coaching is genuine, insightful, and truly empowering. I am grateful for the growth and direction I gained through his support and highly encourage anyone seeking change and meaning to engage with his work.

The 4 Levels of Change
Decision, action, effect, stability. A systemic diagnostic tool for coaches and self-coaching, showing why change fails not because of motivation, but because of structure.
Why change rarely fails because of motivation
In practice the same pattern shows up again and again: people know what they could do. The break sits between insight and execution, between intention and action, between inner aspiration and lived reality.
Salah Abdeldayem does not treat recurring difficulties as isolated problems, but as the visible symptoms of an underlying system of perception, evaluation, decision and action. When one part of this interplay does not hold, the result is not random, it is a repeating pattern.
Instead of working on the visible symptom, the model asks: where in the system does my problem actually sit? That shift changes how change itself becomes possible. Originally written in German and available on Amazon in its German edition.
Decision: Without a decision there is no direction. Many systems remain suspended between options in a way that feels like reflection but blocks all directed movement.
Action: Between inner clarity and outer movement lies a gap. It does not close through motivation, but through a structure in which action does not need fresh legitimation each time.
Effect: Not every activity changes the system. Effect emerges from focus and fit, not from volume. Many systems work hard without actually moving.
Stability: Stability is not an extra property but the precondition that lets decision, action and effect stay coherent over time, independent of mood and daily form.

The Game of Views
When thoughts shape reality (Between Head and Heart, books for a conscious, free life).
When thoughts shape reality
Two people in the same situation will report two different worlds. The Game of Views asks what is doing the work in that gap, and finds an entire layer of perspectives quietly running underneath every experience we call objective.
The book is neither pop psychology nor academic philosophy, it is a careful, accessible map of how perception, belief and meaning interlock. It is written for readers who notice the gap and want better vocabulary for what they are seeing.
Perception as construction: Every impression is already filtered. The book shows where these filters are most active, and why the same world can feel so different to different people.
Beliefs and mental blockers: Many limits are not facts but views that have hardened. The book describes how these structures form and which levers make them movable again.
Perspective shift as a tool: A perspective shift is not a nice trick, it is an intervention technique. The book describes how it can be applied on purpose to restart movement in stuck situations.
From reacting to choosing: Anyone who knows the game of perspectives chooses their reaction more consciously. Impulsive reflex turns into informed decision, which visibly changes relationships, work and self-talk.

The Algorithm of Lies
Project Exodus and the Algorithm of Power. Exploring how digital systems shape reality.
When the algorithm starts deciding who you are
The Algorithm of Lies takes a familiar premise, an investigator inside a powerful corporation, and turns it into a slow descent through the structures that already run our lives. The threat is not violent. It is invisible, and that is what makes it disturbing.
At its center is the question that makes most readers pause: how much of what I think is mine, and how much was nudged into place by systems built to optimize my attention?
The novel works as a thriller, but its real interest lies one floor below the plot. It asks what truth, freedom and identity still mean once the machinery becomes good enough to write our preferences for us.
It speaks most clearly to readers who already feel the friction between the convenience of personalized feeds and the suspicion that something inside them is being slowly rearranged. The protagonist is not a hero with answers, he is a competent insider who keeps pulling a thread until he sees the whole weave.
One recurring pattern in the book is what the narrator calls "engineered consent", small design choices that look neutral on a slide deck but, in aggregate, decide what millions of people will believe by Friday. After reading, most readers report a quieter relationship with their devices, not a dramatic break, but a steadier awareness of who is watching whom.
Digital manipulation: A close look at how design choices and ranking algorithms quietly shape what we want, before we even notice we wanted it.
Truth versus belief: In a world where information is abundant, belief becomes the new scarce resource. The novel sets these two against each other in a way that hurts to read at times.
Free will under data: If every choice can be predicted, can it still be a choice? The story does not answer the question, it stages it.
Identity in the digital age: What is left of "me" when my preferences, my tastes and even my politics turn out to be optimization targets?

The Endless Journey of Wealth and Satisfaction
From Fear to Wealth and Deep Satisfaction in a World of Uncertainty
From pain to hope, from longing to love, and from uncertainty to purpose.
Wealth that has nothing to do with money
Most books about wealth begin with money. This one begins with the question of why money so rarely produces the satisfaction it promises, and what the actual source of inner wealth turns out to be.
Through interconnected reflections, the book moves through the emotional terrain that everyone meets sooner or later: loss, longing, vulnerability, renewal. It does not try to soften the terrain, only to make it walkable.
The result is a quiet, durable text that does not push but accompanies. A book to read once linearly, then to open at random when life asks a question that surface-level advice cannot answer.
It is written for the moment after the obvious goals have been reached or have quietly dissolved. That moment when the next external milestone no longer convinces, and a person has to decide whether to chase another or finally look inward. The book stays beside that decision without rushing it.
What makes the approach unusual is the refusal to separate the practical from the philosophical. A page about grief sits next to a page about decisions, because in lived experience they are never far apart. After reading, what tends to change is not what you do, but the quality of attention you bring to it.
From pain to hope: A close look at how pain becomes a teacher when it stops being an enemy, and how that shift opens space for a different kind of hope.
From longing to love: Longing is often misread as weakness. The book reframes it as raw material for connection, when we listen to what the longing is actually pointing at.
From uncertainty to purpose: Purpose rarely arrives as a clear sentence. It usually emerges from staying inside an uncertainty long enough to hear its question.
From performance to presence: Real wealth begins where performance ends. The book describes what it costs to step from one to the other, and what it returns.
The First 10 Real Coaching Patterns
Ten recurring coaching patterns from real practice, from lack of direction to overload, each with a diagnostic question, mechanism, and concrete intervention.
This book collects ten patterns that appear again and again in coaching practice: people with many ideas but no direction. People with clear goals who still do not act. People who do a lot but achieve little. Each chapter describes how a pattern shows up, what mechanism drives it, and which concrete intervention resolves it, with a real example from practice.
In the final chapter, the book traces all ten patterns back to a shared model: the Coaching Diagnosis System Map. It describes four levels at which self-steering can fail, the Decision Space, the Action Space, the Impact Space, and the Stability Space, turning it into a diagnostic tool rather than a mere list of symptoms. Every concept from the book is available at salah-abdeldayem.com/methode as its own, more in-depth page.
Readers who want the underlying model in full depth will find it in The 4 Levels of Change, also by Salah Abdeldayem. That book focuses on the underlying model itself; this one focuses on the ten concrete practice patterns in which the same model shows up in everyday coaching.

The Tears of Silence & The Holy Land of Hypocrisy
Unmasking Peace, Propaganda, and the Price of Truth in a Land Torn by Faith, Deceit, and Madness.
Unmasking peace, propaganda, and the price of truth
In conflict zones, language is not a neutral tool. Words like "peace", "security" and "justice" are stretched, hollowed out and weaponized until they obscure exactly the human reality they claim to address.
The book traces this process without taking the shortcut of choosing a side first and arguing later. It asks the harder question: what happens to truth when narratives are too useful to be honest?
At the same time, it refuses to disappear into cynicism. It insists, persistently, that humanizing what propaganda flattens is still possible, and worth the work.
It is addressed to readers who already feel that the available scripts (heroes here, villains there) are too small to hold what is actually happening. Rather than offer a counter-script, the book builds a slower way of looking, one that admits complicity, history and grief into the same paragraph.
A pattern the book returns to is the difference between speaking about people and speaking with them. Whenever a chapter risks turning suffering into argument, the writing pulls back and lets a specific human voice break the abstraction. After reading, most readers describe a sharper ear for the moment a public conversation stops being about people and starts being about positions.
Propaganda as a system: Not the cartoonish version, but the everyday machinery: framing, selective coverage, repetition. The book makes this machinery visible without conspiracy theatrics.
Suffering as currency: How real pain is converted into a tradeable narrative, and what that conversion costs the people whose pain it was.
Performative versus actual justice: The book distinguishes between activism that helps and activism that signals, without being dismissive of either.
Restoring the human face: Beneath the slogans there are still people. The book insists, sometimes painfully, on bringing them back into view.

Growing Without Limits
Coaching for the courageous leap out of the comfort zone, and the magic of change.
The comfort zone, taken seriously
Most growth literature treats the comfort zone as something to overcome by force of motivation. Growing Without Limits takes the opposite view: the comfort zone is a finely tuned safety system, and crossing it without understanding its function only produces a sharper rebound.
The book walks the reader through the steps of conscious, sustainable change, the kind that does not collapse after three weeks. It is grounded in coaching practice rather than self-help packaging, and it speaks to readers who have read enough of the genre to want something more honest.
Clarity about your own direction: Growth without direction is just movement. The book shows how an inner decision is separated from a bare idea, and why this separation is the first real step.
Courage as behavior, not feeling: In practice, courage is rarely felt before you act. It arises in the doing. Waiting for the right feeling keeps you seated; planning small steps moves you even under uncertainty.
The comfort zone as a moving boundary: The comfort zone is not a fixed room but an elastic skin. It stretches when new experience seeps in, and shrinks when it is protected. The book describes how that stretching can be steered.
Change as the magic of small repetitions: Big changes look magical because their building blocks stay invisible. They are the repeated, ordinary-looking steps that, in the end, assemble a different life.

Rediscovering the Self
A journey toward success and personal excellence (Mind and Self Development series).
The work that comes before any other work
Most success literature starts with goals and methods. This book starts one step earlier, with the person who is supposed to carry them out. Salah Abdeldayem argues that without an honest reading of the self, every goal becomes a slightly off-target effort.
The book is structured as a journey, not a manual. It moves the reader through the layers of self-perception, motivation and meaning, and shows what becomes possible once those layers are no longer mistaken for one another.
Hidden capabilities: Many real talents are buried under layers of external expectation. The book offers a quiet, unforced way to surface them.
Real goals: Between what we actually want and what we believe we should want lies a full gap. This chapter shows how that gap is detected and narrowed.
Building self-confidence: Self-confidence is not a feeling that simply arrives, it is the cumulative result of small, designed experiences. The book describes how those experiences are set up on purpose.
Continuous development: Personal growth does not happen on weekend retreats, it happens in daily rhythm. Here you find a frame for making development a habit rather than a project.

Dystopia: When the River Breathes
Mind and Self Development series (Arabic Edition).
When the river starts to breathe
The image at the center of the book, a river that breathes, is unsettling on purpose. It marks the moment when something we thought of as background, environment, infrastructure, starts to have a life of its own and a will that does not necessarily include us.
Dystopia is written in a literary register rather than a polemical one. Salah Abdeldayem trusts the reader to feel the discomfort of the world he is describing without needing it spelled out.
The search for freedom: Freedom in the novel is not a slogan but a daily test that crashes into limits a person does not usually see.
Awareness and its limits: Each character discovers that their awareness was fenced in by barriers they had taken for laws of nature.
The spiritual journey: Dystopia is not only about a corrupt society but about the interior of a person who realizes they have forgotten something essential.
Becoming oneself: The ending is not a victory over a system but a reconciliation with a forgotten part of the self.

Raised by My Children
My children, my teachers: a journey of the heart.
When the children are the teachers
Parenting books usually point one direction: from adult to child. Raised by My Children quietly turns that around. The book is a collection of moments in which the author saw himself more clearly through his children than through years of self-reflection.
It is warm without being sentimental, and it has the kind of honesty that only comes from having lived the material. Salah Abdeldayem writes as a father, not as an expert.
Parenthood as mirror: Children show us the places we have overlooked in ourselves. The book describes this mirroring without pedagogical pathos.
Parenting as dialogue: Instead of setting and enforcing rules, the book centers an ongoing exchange in which both sides learn.
Trust over control: The hardest task of parents is not to guide, but to let go. The book shows what trust looks like in practical, daily form.
Identity between cultures: Anyone who becomes a parent with two cultural roots knows the questions the book speaks openly about without smoothing them over.

CEO Compass
Leadership with character, coaching, and clarity.
Leadership that holds under pressure
The book is built for the moment when leadership stops being about strategy slides and starts being about the actual person in the chair. CEO Compass argues that under enough pressure, every leader is reduced to their character, and that the work of leadership is therefore the work of building that character on purpose.
Coaching plays a central role, not as a soft add-on but as the discipline through which a senior leader keeps their own instrument tuned. The book describes how, when and with whom that work belongs.
Character before method: Without stable character, any method becomes arbitrary. CEO Compass argues that senior leadership work is always character work, and shows how that work can be practiced on purpose rather than acquired by accident.
Clarity under pressure: Decisions under uncertainty need clearer criteria, not more data. The book describes the criteria senior leaders actually carry into the room when the stakes are high and the room is watching.
Resilience at the top: Burnout at the top looks different from burnout below. The book makes the characteristic load lines of senior leadership visible, and describes the protective habits that hold up under real conditions.
Coaching yourself: A senior leader without a coach can still learn to coach themselves. The book gives the structure for that, without turning inner work into another item on the calendar.

Between Rebellion and Resilience
Coaching for Generation Z: what we can learn from Generation Z.
A generation that is both louder and more tired
Generation Z is rarely described accurately. The book refuses both the dismissive read (snowflakes, lazy, unable to handle work) and the romantic one (heroic activists ready to remake the world), and instead pays close attention to what is actually happening inside.
Salah Abdeldayem writes for the adults who interact with this generation in close range: parents, teachers, coaches, leaders of young teams. The aim is not to fix Gen Z, but to meet them in a way that does not collapse into either confrontation or appeasement.
Real presence over control: Young people smell performance instantly. Real relationship only begins when the adult lets the role go for a moment and actually listens.
Resilience as a nervous-system capacity: Resilience is more than mindset. The book shows why Gen Z talks so much about overstimulation and regulation, and how coaching must take that seriously.
Meaning over status: Career promises alone no longer pull. Anyone working with young adults needs a language for meaning that does not collapse into KPIs.
Take digital identity seriously: Online life is not an accessory but part of personality. The book describes how coaching can include this dimension without moralizing.
Readers looking for philosophical, meditative texts in a literary register.; People interested in psychology of the self and consciousness.; Anyone who feels their inner image does not match what they see in the mirror.; Readers returning from a period of
When the Mirrors Spoke
Letters from within… as the mirrors saw it (Mind and Self Development series).
When the mirror starts talking back
Mirrors usually show us only what we already chose to put in front of them. When the Mirrors Spoke imagines what would happen if they could speak: what would they say about what they have seen, and how would we change once we knew?
The book is structured as a series of letters from the mirrors of a life, each addressing a part of the self that has not been fully looked at. The tone is literary and intimate, closer to poetry than instruction.
The inner image: How a person builds an image of themselves over the years, and why that image stays a hidden engine of every decision.
Inner contradictions: No person without contradiction. The book proposes a way to carry contradictions instead of pretending to resolve them.
Confidence and fear: Between displayed confidence and hidden fear sits a full gap. The text approaches that gap without forcing it shut.
Love from the inside out: Love that begins on the outside stays fragile. The book describes the love that begins in the relationship with the self and gradually extends to others.
Readers looking for an in-depth psychological-spiritual text.; Practitioners in psychology and spiritual companionship.; People in phases of inner change who have not yet found language for it.; Readers interested in the dialogue between psychology and sp
The Psychology of Repentance
Spiritual transformation and its deep impact on the self (Mind and Self Development series).
Repentance, taken seriously as psychology
The Psychology of Repentance treats repentance not as a single moment of regret but as a structured process inside the self. The book holds together the spiritual register and the psychological one without forcing either to translate into the other.
Salah Abdeldayem walks through what repentance changes at the level of perception, emotion and identity. The result is a text that takes a familiar concept and gives it back to the reader with much more depth than the everyday use of the word allows.
Regret and guilt: When does regret motivate and when does it bind? The book separates the two with sensitivity and clarity.
Rebuilding the relationship with the self: No real turning without inner reconciliation. The book describes that reconciliation without emotional overstatement.
Behavioral transformation: How a new intention becomes sustained behavior rather than a short wave that fades within a week.
Inner peace: The peace that follows real turning is not coldness, it is clarity. The book describes that clarity as a result, not a target pursued directly.

Sold, Seduced, Programmed
The invisible power of marketing over our minds.
The desires that were installed, not chosen
Most criticism of marketing stays at the surface, complaining about ads or branding. Sold, Seduced, Programmed goes deeper, into the psychological mechanisms by which preferences, identities and aspirations are quietly shaped by systems designed to do exactly that.
The book is not a polemic. It works like a slow diagnosis: laying out the levers, naming them, and giving the reader enough literacy to start noticing where they show up in their own life.
The psychology of consumption: How cognitive biases, loss aversion and social comparison are exploited systematically, often so subtly that we experience them as "my own decision".
Algorithmic seduction: Platforms are not neutral storefronts. The book describes how their ranking logics shape attention, needs, and even identity.
Media as reality filter: Which stories we hear shapes what we hold to be possible. The book makes that filtering effect visible through concrete examples.
Reclaiming autonomy: Instead of preaching abstinence, the book describes concrete steps to measurably reduce your own susceptibility to manipulation.

The Word and Its Convictions: Between Understanding and the Psychology of Success
How words and their convictions build the bridges of success (Mind and Self Development series).
When language stops being neutral
We tend to treat words as neutral carriers of meaning. This book takes the opposite view: words are tools that quietly shape conviction, and conviction quietly shapes outcome. Salah Abdeldayem traces this chain through the psychology of success.
The book moves between linguistic awareness and practical work, asking the reader to notice their own self-talk, the framings they inherited, and the beliefs that have hardened underneath. Then it shows how those layers can be reorganized with care.
Language as designer of reality: What we have no word for, we do not see. The book describes how new vocabulary creates new experience.
Self-beliefs: Beliefs are not thoughts we own, they are thoughts that own us. Here you find a way to discover them without falling into open conflict with them.
Inner dialogue: The way we speak with ourselves reproduces our life. The book offers exercises that gradually repair that dialogue.
Conscious building of success: Success is not a random event but the result of consistent beliefs. The book gathers everything that came before into a clear applicable map.

Windows onto Humanity
The truth between the lines (Mind and Self Development series).
The truth that sits between the lines
Most writing about being human goes for the loud moments: the crisis, the breakthrough, the decision. Windows onto Humanity works in the opposite direction. It looks at the small, ordinary openings, the gestures and silences that already contain everything if you stop long enough to notice them.
Salah Abdeldayem writes here as an observer rather than a teacher. The reader is not instructed, only invited to stand at each window for a moment and see what is actually there.
Human relationships: A person cannot be understood in isolation. The book describes how our selves form in relation to others and why that can be so hard at times.
The search for meaning: No life without the question of meaning, and no meaning delivered ready-made. The book keeps that question company without offering a recipe.
Faith and spirituality: Regardless of religious belonging, faith is a human need. The text opens that need from more than one angle.
Life and death: Humanity cannot be discussed without discussing its end. The book approaches that subject without fear and without varnish.

Dialogue of Shadows
An inner dialogue between a person and their shadow, a journey through the layers of the self and meaning (Mind and Self Development series).
The conversation we usually avoid
In Dialogue of Shadows, Salah Abdeldayem stages something most of us never quite do on purpose: a sustained conversation between the self we present and the self we keep in the background. The shadow is not the villain here, it is the unread half of the story.
The form is deliberately literary, closer to a meditation than a manual. The reader does not finish with five techniques. They finish with a different relationship to the parts of themselves they previously preferred not to meet.
Awareness and shadow: Whatever we avoid in ourselves does not disappear, it waits. The book describes this dynamic quietly, without judgment.
Inner freedom: Freedom is not only release from external constraints, but the ability to enter dialogue with the internal constraints a person has built for themselves.
Personal truth: Between what we tell ourselves and what is actually true sits a large gap. The book makes that gap the subject of dialogue rather than escape.
Human maturity: Maturity does not come with age but with the willingness to hold contradictions without being torn apart by them.
