Perhaps this sounds familiar
I know something has to change. I just don't know what.
I've been going round in circles on the same question for weeks.
I make a plan, and a week later I'm back in the old pattern.
I'm capable of more than I give myself credit for.
You may be facing an important personal or professional decision. Your thoughts may keep returning to the same question without a clear direction emerging. Or you notice that you want to change something, but keep falling back into familiar patterns of thinking and behaving. This is not about someone telling you what to do. It is about understanding your own situation well enough to make sound decisions and act on them deliberately.
Where coaching can help
These topics are often connected. We start where it is most pressing for you right now.
Career and life decisions
A decision can look simple on paper and still feel hard. When several options are open, different interests pull in different directions or the consequences are hard to judge, a structured outside perspective helps.
Overthinking and uncertainty
More thinking does not make every uncertainty go away. Clarity often comes once you can see which questions actually need an answer, which assumptions are shaping your thinking and which decision is already overdue.
Confidence
Confidence does not mean having no doubts. It means being able to act even while some uncertainty remains. In coaching we look at where your self-doubt comes from and what you need to trust your abilities and decisions again.
Habits and behavioural change
You know what you want to do differently, but you don't do it consistently? Then knowledge is rarely what is missing. We look at what happens between intention and behaviour, and which change will hold up in your actual circumstances.
What you can take away from it
The goal is not to have as many sessions as possible. The goal is that you come away seeing more clearly:
- What is my actual problem?
- What is influencing my decision?
- Which options do I really have?
- What matters to me?
- What is within my influence?
- What is the sensible next step?
You make the decision yourself. Coaching helps you make it on a clearer footing.
How the coaching works
Intro call
First we clarify what it is about for you and what you want to achieve. Free, 20 minutes, no obligation.
Focus
We decide which question or challenge actually matters most right now.
Working on your situation
We look not only at the problem, but also at ways of thinking, decisions, options for action and the conditions under which change is meant to happen.
Next steps
Insight should not end with a good conversation. Where it makes sense, it turns into concrete next steps.
What you bring: the question or situation on your mind and a willingness to look at it honestly. You don't need to have it neatly put into words; we work that out together.
Who this coaching is for
A good fit if you
are facing an important decision
want to make a personal change
want to understand recurring patterns of behaviour
are rethinking your direction at work or in life
want more clarity about your priorities
have thought about it a lot and now want to act
want support without handing over responsibility for your decision
Not the right setting
Acute crises and mental illness: coaching is not psychotherapy. If rumination, low mood or anxiety are taking over your daily life, medical or psychotherapeutic support is the right first step.
Ready-made answers: if you are looking for someone to make the decision for you, you will not find that here. The coaching helps you make it yourself.
Why work with me?
I have been accompanying people through decisions for more than 20 years, in individual, executive and decision coaching across Europe and the Gulf. My background also includes studies in linguistics, philology and learning pedagogy, and further training in areas such as psychosocial counselling, communication psychology and systemic counselling.
Because language plays a central role in my work (Self Language Method™), I pay close attention to how you talk about your situation. How you phrase a question often shows where a decision is stuck.

Not a standard program
The five coaching areas are there for orientation, and many situations overlap. A career change can raise questions about personal development, decisions and how you come across, all at once. A new leadership role combines communication, decision making and personal confidence. And starting a business is often both, a professional and a personal change. That is why coaching does not start from the category, but from your actual situation.
When you are facing a change at work, want to clarify your next steps or give your professional development a new direction.

Frequently asked questions
Will you tell me how to decide?
No. The decision stays with you. My job is to sort out the situation with you so that you can see what it is really about, which options you have and what matters to you.
Is this only about career decisions?
No. Personal decisions, for example about a move, a relationship or how you want to live, can be the topic too. Professional and personal questions are often connected anyway.
I overthink a lot. Is that a case for coaching or for therapy?
If your overthinking revolves around a decision or a change and you are coping well in daily life, coaching can help. If rumination, low mood or anxiety are taking over your daily life, medical or psychotherapeutic support is the right path. If in doubt, we talk about it openly in the intro call.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your concern. A single decision can sometimes be clarified in a few sessions. When it comes to habits or a personal change, support over several weeks or months usually makes more sense.
How is coaching different from talking to friends?
Friends know you well, but they often have their own view of what is right for you. In coaching there is no agenda for your decision, and there is a structure that helps you ask the uncomfortable questions too.
You know something needs to change, but not yet how?
In a free intro call we look at what is really going on for you and whether coaching is the right setting for it.
