MDC Performance Diagnostic Instrument – Strategic Performance Analysis & Coaching Tool

What is the MDC Performance Diagnostic Instrument?

The MDC Performance Diagnostic Instrument is a professional, session-based diagnostic and intervention planning tool designed for coaches, consultants, executives, and leadership teams. It enables structured analysis of organizational or individual performance by combining baseline assessment, target-state calibration, and tactical intervention selection within one integrated framework. The instrument evaluates performance across four critical dimensions: Strategic Clarity, Operational Agility, Infrastructure, and Human Synergy. It transforms qualitative insights and quantitative ratings into a visual performance map, actionable diagnostic synthesis, and calibrated growth delta.

How to use the Tool

Users begin by documenting current challenges and desired outcomes in the Anamnesis & History phase. Next, they select relevant intervention tactics, define the intervention duration, and adjust intensity levels. Performance is then assessed by rating the initial state and target state for each diagnostic dimension. The system dynamically generates a radar performance map, calculates aggregate impact and growth delta, and produces a step-by-step diagnostic synthesis including baseline context, gap analysis, execution roadmap, and risk indicators. Users can switch between Self View and Coach View, where expert recommendations are displayed. The full diagnostic can be exported as a professional PDF report for documentation or client delivery.
