Recognise strengths, develop potential, shape the future. Result: My personal competence profile.

90 minutes or half day

For school classes

Grades 8 to 12

Best for

Career orientation starts with self-knowledge. Many young people underestimate their abilities because those abilities feel ordinary to them. In this module students make their strengths, interests, values and competences visible before they make decisions about education and careers, and link them to career fields that could suit them.
