It translates complex leadership challenges into clear, measurable dimensions, enabling focused, outcome-driven coaching conversations. The process begins by selecting a coaching context, such as holistic executive development, career transition, strategic re-orientation, or professional re-launch. After choosing a specific growth pathway, the Strategy Dashboard allows coach and executive to assess five core performance pillars: Strategy, Motivation, Competency, Network, and Execution. These inputs are visualized in a dynamic radar chart and converted into a percentage-based Growth Score, providing immediate clarity on current leadership positioning.

In the Session Architect, the Compass adapts the session flow to defined executive archetypes (e.g. plateaued executives, high-stress high-achievers, or visionary pivoters). Each archetype includes a structured 60-minute session logic, strategic focus stages, coach field guidance, and executive mandates.
