Does this sound familiar?
I don't know which job suits me.
My parents have already decided what I should study. I don't know if that's what I want.
I don't really understand how vocational training and university work in Germany.
I'm afraid of making the wrong choice.
At school or during my internship I don't dare to speak up.
I've finished school, but I have no plan.
What we work on
Choosing a career
What interests you, what are you good at, and which jobs fit? We collect options before we choose.
Training or university
We sort out your options, including ones your family may not know, such as dual vocational training.
Self-confidence
How to trust yourself more, deal with mistakes and stop constantly comparing yourself with others.
Presence and conversations
How to introduce yourself and say what you think in an interview, an internship or at school.
Talking with your parents
How to talk with your parents about your plans so that a real conversation becomes possible, even if you think differently.
Decisions and the future
How to make a decision you can stand behind and draw up a plan for the next few months.
Good to know
From age 16. If you are 16 or 17, we need the consent of your parents or guardians before the coaching starts. You can book the intro call yourself. Conversations are treated as confidential in principle. For minors, the legal limits of confidentiality apply, in particular if there is a serious danger to you or others. We agree together beforehand what will be discussed with your parents.
There are free services too. The careers guidance service of the employment agency and the Youth Migration Services (for young people up to 27) offer free advice. Coaching is an addition if you want to work more deeply on your own questions.
Cost: the same prices apply as on the overview page, from €69 for a single session. All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 (1) of the German VAT Act (UStG), I do not charge VAT. If money is tight, mention it openly in the intro call.

Frequently asked questions
I'm 16. Can I book an appointment on my own?
The free intro call, yes. Before the actual coaching starts, we need the consent of your parents or guardians.
Will my parents find out what I say?
Conversations are treated as confidential in principle. For minors, the legal limits of confidentiality apply, in particular if there is a serious danger to you or others. We agree together beforehand what will be discussed with your parents.
Is this also for young people without a migration background?
Yes. This page mainly speaks to young people from families with a migration story, but many people know these questions. Take a look at the 80 topics for young adults as well.
Will you help me find a training place?
I don't place people in training or university programmes. We clarify which path suits you and prepare your application and interview. You can find places through the employment agency, the chambers and companies.
